Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately.

Due to handmade/personalized nature of our products, we only accept return of non-personalized products. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return. To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt back to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned.

Note: Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any refund of wearable items such as jewelry and robes. For the safety of our families we ask you do not send gifts back, please email us with any issue with your order and we will get them fixed accordingly. 

We do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items -mugs, tumblers, robes, jewelry cases), and personal care goods (such as bath/beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
