Shipping and FAQ

Shipping is available within the USA and Canada. Shipping rates are FLAT RATE

We are partnered with USPS, UPS and Canada Post to ensure fast shipping to both countries.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Multiple Addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

Taxes & Duties 

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.


You will receive email notification once your order is shipped with your tracking info. If you require more specific information about shipping details once your order is on its way, you will need to contact Canada Post / USPS directly with your tracking number.

 Shipping couriers:

If you live in the US, your package will be delivered by USPS/UPS/Fedex, no signature required. If you live in Canada, your package will be delivered by Canada Post/UPS to address you provided, no signature required.

Change of address:

Please double-check your recipient address before checking out. If you accidentally enter a wrong address, please let us know immediately. If we haven't shipped your package, we will try to help and change the address for you. However if a package has already shipped, you will need to contact Canada Post /USPS/Fedex directly and ask them for address change. 

 Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs.

 Lost Packages:

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days since receiving your tracking notification, please let us know at info@heartstringsstudio.net so we can file a claim for your package. Make sure to include your order number. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address you provided, we are unable to issue a refund. 





 Can I send a gift to my friend directly?

Yes, absolutely! We want to make sending gifts easy and stress-free. When you shop with us, we never include packing slips or receipts – only your personal message enclosed in an elegant box ready for delivery! Be sure to fill out their correct shipping address during checkout so they can receive this thoughtful present from you.

What to do if my order arrives damaged or broken?

We do our best to ensure that your items arrive safely and we're always here for you if something happens! If there's ever an issue with an item, just send us a quick email at info@heartstringsstudio.net - let us know what number order was under so I we make sure someone sends out another replacement ASAP.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes, If you are interested in picking up your order from our studio in the Waterloo, Ontario region, just let us know! You can select this option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
