2- Please enter the name to be listed on each bag in the "Message to Seller" field or personalization box. Please check spelling and names as they will be made exactly as it is written

PRODUCTION TIME: Once you place your order, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order, then your shipping time will begin. We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Orders that exceed $120 will be upgraded to tracked parcel automatically
Please note: - please place your order early and allow plenty of time for your package to arrive.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
PLEASE NOTE
- We can not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or miss-delivered during transit. If you purchased a tracked shipping service and have an issue with your package during shipping, please contact USPS customer service and provide them your tracking number to receive more information.
- If your item was broken/damaged in transit, pls send me a photo of the item and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you need to file a claim with USPS, we are happy to help. Please message us, and we will provide any information needed for the claim.
- Delivery dates provided once the item(s) shipped are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- If a package is returned for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
